Biography (1985)[]
Rachelle Ottley, a former figure skater, has appeared in numerous musicals including Sugar, Sweet Charity and as Maggie in A Chorus Line. She was born and raised in Lakewood, California and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from UCLA.
