Biography (2022)[]

Jacinta’s career began as a child when she played the title role of Annie in the original West End production (Victoria Palace Theatre, London) and again in her hometown of Dublin (Gaiety Theatre).

Recent credits include: Angela in Angela’s Ashes The Musical (Filmed for worldwide streaming; UK/ Ireland Tour which earned her Best Actress in the Broadway World Ireland Awards), Ma Cagney in Top of the World- The James Cagney Musical directed by John Rando.

West End & other credits include: Eponine in Les Misérables (Palace Theatre; Original UK/Irish Tour), Linda in Blood Brothers (Phoenix Theatre), Ellen in Miss Saigon (Theatre Royal Drury Lane),

Concert credits include: On the concert platform as soloist, she has appeared with many of the world’s leading orchestras including the Melbourne, Bournemouth & Royal Philharmonic Orchestras, the CBSO, Bergen Philharmonic, Philharmonic of Flanders, Ulster Orchestra, Icelandic, Lithuanian & Scottish Symphonies. She has headlined the Jingle Bell & White Christmas concerts at the Royal Albert Hall & across the major UK symphony halls for RGL. With the BBC Concert Orchestra for Radio 2, Jacinta has been a frequent soloist on Friday Night Is Music Night (personal highlights; the 50th Anniversary broadcast of West Side Story, Once Upon a Time and Tomorrow (Charles Strouse 80th birthday), Les Misérables 25th Anniversary concert. Recent Dublin homecoming concerts with the RTE Concert Orchestra (National Concert Hall) include: The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tell Me on a Sunday, Jesus Christ Superstar & The Magical West End.

Film & TV credits include: My Left Foot, The Commitments, The Lilac Bus and A Green Journey.

Workshop credits include: Grace in Saving Grace, Madge in Grand Central and Marie/Olive Osmond in The Osmonds Musical.

Other credits include: Extensive work for Irish TV & Radio channel RTE includes her own light entertainment series Jacinta and judge for reality shows Fame the Musical and Starsearch. She played Mrs. Evans in the Hargreaves Landsdown ISA campaign. Her solo album is entitled For You and she features on many albums including Blood Brothers West End & International cast albums, Les Miserables 10th Anniversary Concert, The Best of the West End.
