Leah-Sue Morland is a British actress. She portrayed Electra in the 1998 Cats film.

Career[]

Leah's theatre credits include Kermit the Frog in Jim Henson's The Muppet Show on Tour, Walt Disney European tour, Anybody's in West Side Story, Volta in Starlight Express, The Royal Variety Performance (1991), Electra, Jennyanydots and Rumpelteazer in Cats (1992-94), The Olivier Awards, understudy Frenchy in Grease, Swing, Jennyanydots, Electra and understudying Rumpelteazer in Cats (1996-98), Fame, Puss in Dick Whittington and his Cat. She has been heavily involved with the London production of Mamma Mia, as a performer and as assistant choreographer.

Television appearences include Les Dennis, Lisa Maxwell, Paul Daniels, Des O'Connor, Ozone, Going Live, Pebble Mill, Live at 3, Talking Telephone Numbers, The Royal Variety Performance and The Olivier Awards as well as numerous cabaret and charity performances. Hey, Mr. Producer!, Electra in the Cats video.

Leah has also worked with the artists Kylie Minogue, Cliff Richard, Heatwave and Patrick Allen. Leah was also the resident assistant choreographer to Lar Lubovitch on the 1994 tour of Oklahoma! and has assisted many other choreographers in television, video and commercials. In particular, Leah spent many memorable years assisting the late Richard Sampson.
