Eric Underwood is an American-British ballet dancer, known for his work as a soloist with the Royal Ballet. He portrays Admetus in the 2019 film adaptation of Cats. [1]

Career (2019)[]
He grew up in Washington D.C and later accepted a scholarship to New York's School of American Ballet. He was a member of the Dance Theater of Harlem in 2000 and danced with the American Ballet Theater in 2003, before joining the Royal Ballet in 2006. Eric's repertory includes Cinderella, Swan Lake, Anastasia, and Manon. He retired from the company in 2017. He has also modeled for Vogue in the past. Eric was cast in Cats in December 2018.

- He is was the third alumna of the Royal Ballet to be cast in Cats (2019), alongside Francesca Hayward and Steven McRae. He co-starred with Francesca in the ballet Manon.
