Biography[]
2019
Aaron was born and raised in rural North Central Victoria, where he started his dance training at the age of five. He went on to study dance and musical theatre at Triple Threat Performing Arts under the direction of Michelle Slater-Coyne and Kevin Coyne. His professional musical theatre debut was in 2014 playing the role of George in Cats (South Korean tour, RUG). Aaron most recently played Coricopat in Cats (2017-2018 Asian tour, RUG), a role he reprised from his 2015 Singapore, Macau and return South Korean tour of the same production. In 2013 he appeared in Pippin as part of the Stephen Schwartz Triptych (Magnormos) and in Garry Young’s Thomas and the Hidden Treasure (Smile Live Entertainment). In 2012 Aaron was a backing dancer and vocalist for Caroline O’Connor at the New Hamer Hall Opening Concert. Other credits include the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, On The Rocks (Vertical Shadows Dance Company), Jubilation Showcase for HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, Michael Ralph’s Now & Then, and So You Think You Can Dance Australia (Network Ten). Aaron has been a model for Energetiks Dancewear Australia, and has also appeared in numerous television commercials for Coles. He would like to extend special thanks to Michelle and Kevin for their years of mentorship, and would also like to thank his family, particularly his mother for her unwavering love and support. Aaron is delighted to be a part of the Australian production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
2025

Other credits include Pippin (Magnormos), the Dubai season of Thomas and the Hidden Treasure (Smile Live Entertainment), the new Hamer Hall Opening Concert with Caroline O’Connor, So You Think You Can Dance (Network Ten), the original Australian cast of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (GFO) and the Australian and Austrian (Vienna) premieres of the new production of The Phantom of the Opera (Opera Australia, RUG, Cameron Mackintosh and VBW).
